About me...

My name is Sergio Andrés Pedraza Jerez and I am an electrical, electronics, and software engineer.

 

I graduated from the Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá D.C. in 2014. Up to date, I worked for two construction companies (HL and ICSK), mainly focused on supporting data-based decision-making processes through BI techniques. I worked for a software consulting agency (Atlas Global Solutions) as an expert in Software Development (Salesforce and other frameworks), Marketing Automation, Business Intelligence and Analytics and I am currently working as a Salesforce Developer for CTG. 

 

Since I took my first programming class at the university, back in 2010, solving programming challenges became one of my beloved hobbies. A few years ago, I also discovered some fascination in finding hidden patterns and unveiling correlations in data.

 

I strongly believe that somewhere in the humongous amount of data that runs through the hyperspace every millisecond, we will find the answer to the biggest challenges we are currently facing. Our success, of course, will be defined by our agility to adapt to this fast-paced environment. I dream about changing people’s lives for better-using technology.

 

I would call myself a wannabe musician. I have even recorded some covers of music. You can watch them on YouTube.

 

Aside from all that, I am a pizza and sushi enthusiast, cyberpunk & epic adventures advocate, gamer, self-proclaimed nerd, Star Wars, and Harry Potter fan.
